Writing: word choice, adjectives and adverbs
Science: the rock cycle
Social Studies: European explorers and Texas
Reading: Guided Reading (sequence of events, text connections, cause/effect, etc.)

Extra Support
Students have been challenged to complete the Times Attack game by Friday (special celebration for finishers); those facts are CRUCIAL for long division.
Adverb and Adjective practice from Language Arts textbook.
Science: ask students to name the three rock types and explain how each is formed.
